At REP, customer satisfaction is most important to us. We have carefully assembled a team of engineers and manufacturers to produce the best quality equipment on the market – so, if your products arrive and you have any issues, we will be sure to address that.
It is REP’s discretion to decide if:
1. An item needs to be replaced.
2. Replacement parts can be sent.
3. An item can be exchanged.
4. A full or partial refund can be issued.
In the claims process, please understand that warranties do not cover normal product wear, modified products or products repaired outside of REP. Warranties may be voided if the product is damaged due to negligent use*, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by user. Warranties can also be voided for any order that leaves the lower 48, utilizes a freight forwarder and/or is purchased as a clearance item.
*Please note, negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of a barbell (i.e. dropping a loaded bar on bench/plyo, excessive dropping with iron plates or on concrete surfaces) and products used improperly (i.e. slamming medicine balls, using benches for step-ups, etc.)
